Over 92% of women surveyed report they have experienced, or are experiencing burnout in cross-cultural ministry. Thrive retreats offer women a chance to get away, at a very nominal tuition rate, for a time of encouragement and fellowship near their country of service.. I will be serving on a team of volunteers hosting over 100 participants in Thailand this February. Besides leading a small group, I will serve on the counseling team which offers each woman an opportunity to meet with a professional counselor.
