Hi Family and Friends, I am writing to ask for support in the opportunity I have again to participate in Thrive Ministries Colorado Retreat. Once a year Thrive puts on a retreat for global workers who are state side to come enjoy a weekend of being pampered, sharing and connecting with women who understand what struggles they experience on the field as well as the adjustment in coming back to the United States. I get joy to give the ladies haircuts. When I did this last year so many of the ladies said it is hard to get a decent haircut in the countries they are serving in because of the language barrier. It was such a blessing to the ladies but also for me. I am thankful to get to serve again, to give in a tangible way with the skills I have. The funds raised will go towards the cost of the retreat for myself, and any additional funds will go towards the women attending the conference.
